Refunds and Returns Policy
Subject to the following terms, conditions and restrictions, you may return a Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card purchased from JoeTobias.com for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges which are non-refundable, (together the “Refund Amount”) by making a written request via email to J[email protected] within one hundred days of the date of your original purchase of the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card. If you elect to return for a refund of a Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card, you represent and warrant that:
a) the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card remains in the same condition in which it was received upon purchase and has not been damaged in any manner;
b) the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card has not been used to make any purchases since the original purchase date that the Gift Card is valid;
(b) that Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card is redeemable for the same amount of credit as such Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card was redeemable for on the original purchase date;
(c) that you have not in any way retained a way to redeem the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card after returning the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card to Tobias Physical Therapy;
(d) that the Gift Card and any interest therein is fully transferable to Tobias Physical Therapy in the manner contemplated herein;
(e) that you are the sole lawful owner of the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card and all interests thereto;
(f) that the Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card is not subject to any liens, obligations, or encumbrances of a third party; and
(g) that you shall comply with all other requirements to complete the return of your Merchant-Issued Closed Loop Gift Card to Tobias Physical Therapy, including, without limitation shipping instructions, required by Tobias Physical Therapy.
You bear the risk of loss for delivery of your Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card that you are returning to Tobias Physical Therapy. Tobias Physical Therapy is not responsible for any loss, damage or failure of delivery of your Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card which you are attempting to return. If Tobias Physical Therapy does not actually receive your Tobias Physical Therapy Gift Card which you attempted to return to Tobias Physical Therapy, no refunds will be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
